Develop
Phase one of the project starts with "Meet the Team." We want to hear your vision as well as wants and needs to come up with a custom project plan. Once you feel good about our team, we immediately begin drafting your floor plan. We never build the same house twice so each floor plan is unique to you! We work with your lending institution, providing all critical documents so there are no delays. Once we receive your endorsement on the blueprints, we are ready for permitting!
DEsign
"What do I get as a standard?" This is the most common question we hear when meeting customers for the first time. We made it easy by offering the best products we could find, most of which are made in the Central Midwest. We use quartz countertops, hardwood cabinetry, and exterior products like steel roofing, providing you true protection from the elements. To reduce anxiety, we organize all selections into a software called BuilderTrend. We work through each line item with you during three selections meetings so you aren't overwhelmed in one sitting. We also have three critical walkthroughs during the build to make sure you feel comfortable in your space: electrical, trim and final.
